Little Luca | Brisbane Newborn Photographer

This gorgeous little thing is the result of those pool photos I took a few weeks back! Little Luca was in a bit of a hurry to enter this world, and couldn't wait for mum's cesearean, so he is actually 11 days old here instead of the expected 10 days old!

Zoe had me freaking out, telling me that he is awake for hours at a time, and hates being nude - when to get these gorgeous, squishy, newborn photos we need them to be naked, and sleepy! Well, Luca proved Zoe wrong....as he slept wonderfully, and didn't seem to mind being naked at all!

Zoe and Paul, thanks so much for trusting me to try the "sling" photo! It was definitely worth it! He's so gorgeous, enjoy every cuddle and I can't wait to see you for his 6 month photos!

Little Cody | Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Newborn Photographer

Remember Stacey and Aaron? Well, this is their gorgeous new bundle of joy! Little Cody wasn't too keen on sleeping for me today, but with a little patience and I whole lot of rocking, we got him off to sleep! I'm sure my arms will be feeling it tomorrow though!

Oh how I love it when I get a gorgeous, squishy baby that will curl up into the tightest balls possible! I actually thought I might have had trouble curling her up as she was over 9lb born, but nope - the gorgeous little Hannah was one of the curliest babies I've ever photographed! I have so many favourites from this session that I had trouble picking just a handful!

Playing Catch Up | Brisbane Newborn Photographer

I really have to apologise to those clients who are waiting on orders, or their galleries....after things being so chaotic with our move, I've just had a lovely relaxing week on the sunshine coast with family! So please accept my apologies, but know that I'm feeling way more relaxed and carefree again!!!

So, I need to play catchup here. I've had a fun session with my sister, the "rock chick", and a semi-newborn session (7 weeks old and oh so chubby!!!), as well as a wedding with my wonderful business partner, Bec, who is the Hall side of Carson Hall Photography!

So, to save me attempting 3 different posts, I'll just put a few photos from each shoot here for you.

And finally, little Chloe. I was supposed to photograph this little chunky monkey just after she was born, but she decided to arrive early, and then I couldn't get to the sunshine coast (after a car accident took my car from me for 2 weeks), and then with our move...in any case, here she is at almost 7 weeks. God I just adore those rolls, don't you?






Phew, this may just have been the biggest post I've ever made, so well done if you have made it all the way through. Hopefully I'll be keeping on top of things from now on!

Sneak Peek, Little M | Brisbane Newborn Photographer

Goodness this little guy was so good to me - easy to settle, no tears, pretty much slept for me the whole time I was there! I think this was the quickest newborn session I've ever had! Normally I give myself a minimum of 3 hours for a newborn session....and with this little guy, I was on my way home less than 3 hours after I got there! He is so absolutely adorable. Isabella

I have been waiting and waiting for a newborn baby girl to use this gorgeous wrap and beanie on - and finally Isabella came along! Here she is at 5 days old - isn't she totally gorgeous! She was the perfect model - sleepy is how we like them best, right?

Congrats Dale and Karla, and welcome Isabella! (btw, I am positive I've got the spelling wrong - knew I would!)
