Lisa contacted me a few weeks ago about doing a family session while everyone was home for Christmas - and being such a wonderfully good looking family, it made my afternoon a breeze! These guys have spent 16 odd years in this house, and now that the last of the kids is about to move out, they are building a smaller house - but wanted some nice family photos done prior to selling this one. The house was so amazing, I really hope I've done it justice.

Stace and Aaron

I have known Stacey for a very long time - her big sister is one of my oldest and dearest friends, so it was a joy and honour to be photographing her and Aaron at this very special time in their lives.

They've most likely been waiting for these photos (so, so sorry for the delay - 5 boys, and 6 adults in one house, all ready for christmas, is a little chaotic to say the least!!!), so I'll just get straight into it.

It started raining in the first 10mins of our session...soon stopped thank god, but not before Stace caught a few rain drops on that gorgeous belly!

Curly Hannah | Brisbane Newborn Photographer

Oh how I love it when I get a gorgeous, squishy baby that will curl up into the tightest balls possible! I actually thought I might have had trouble curling her up as she was over 9lb born, but nope - the gorgeous little Hannah was one of the curliest babies I've ever photographed! I have so many favourites from this session that I had trouble picking just a handful!

4 Generations | Brisbane Family Photographer

Firstly, my apologies to Marita and family for this sneak peek being so late. After a lovely (but late) night at Cirque De Soleil last night, I've been a bit weary today!

These guys are on holiday in Brisbane at the moment and contacted me to capture 4 Generations of Gorgeous Gals all in the one spot! We took a stroll around the Botannical Gardens in the city and captured some lovely images of the girls (plus Jason!).

Hannah Part 2 | Brisbane Family Photographer

Remember this little gal? We were back for part 2 of Hannah's first b'day session (it was definitely the day for first b'day sessions yesterday!). This time, no storm in sight, so our session went off without a hitch.

The Botannical Gardens at Toowong is such a spectacular backdrop for photos. If you haven't been for years - go take a look, it's just magical.

Happy Birthday Luca Rose | Brisbane Family Photographer

Luca's first birthday party was my first session for yesterday - and after a huge nap in the morning, Luca was happy and ready to socialise like any little princess on her birthday!

Joe and Emma, thanks for a wonderful morning. Luca is absolutely adorable, and it was evident that all her friends and family think so too!

This cake was SO good. I'm definitely getting one like this for my next b'day!

PSP Trash the Dress Photography Session

Twins + 1 | Brisbane Family Photographer

Today's family session was with twins, Cooper and Olivia and 2 year old, sassy Ellen (and their mum and dad of course!!!). Ellen was hilarious - she didn't want a bar of me until right at the end of the session, and she has the BEST deathstare I've ever seen on a 2 year old!!!! I love a bit of spunk in a kid, so I thought she was the bees knees. Cooper and Olivia were adorable and up for anything (as long as it included lollipops of course!). Twins always facinate me - I love to see them interact together.

I had a great time with these 3, running around in leaves, doing some jumping, and then a play at the park.
